Katherine has a Master’s Degree in Geography from the University of Toronto, a Master’s Degree in International Relations/Global Development Policy from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Maine. In her career as an evaluator, Katherine has contributed to multi-country evaluations of UN agency functions and programming, as well as evaluations of not-for-profit sector initiatives within Canada and internationally. She has a background in qualitative and participatory research methods and has led/supported fieldwork in Tanzania, Rwanda, and Ghana. Katherine is the recipient of several awards, including a Fulbright Research Fellowship.
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys travel, reading, growing vegetables in her backyard garden and cooking.
