Katherine Wihry

Katherine has a Master’s Degree in Geography from the University of Toronto; a Master’s Degree in International Relations/Global Development Policy from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University; and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Maine. She has a background in qualitative and participatory research methods and has conducted research in the United States examining factors that enable and constrain migrant mobility, as well the role of social networks and social service availability in shaping migrant settlement decisions. In her career as an evaluator, she has contributed to high-profile, multi-country evaluations of UN agency functions and programming. Katherine is the recipient of several awards, including a Fulbright Research Fellowship.
