Harry Cummings & Associates, Inc. (HCA) is an applied research, planning and program evaluation firm with offices in Guelph, Ontario and Kamloops, British Columbia. Since its inception in 1997, HCA has conducted over 200 applied research projects, program evaluations and strategic plans across Canada and internationally.

The firm works with a variety of clients, including local and international NGOs, academia, all levels of government, community organizations and professional associations.

HCA consultants have experience working across a variety of sectors, including health, education, social services, agriculture, municipal planning, and international development. HCA is committed to supporting organizations and communities to define, plan for and implement successful programming.
