David has a Master’s Degree from the University of Guelph in Rural Planning and Development and a Bachelor of Education from the Memorial University of Newfoundland. David’s specialties include participatory/community-based research, program evaluation design, qualitative and quantitative assessment. His background in education is the foundation for a wide variety of training and capacity building experience. He brings over 6 years of experience working with aboriginal communities in the Canadian north as a teacher and development advisor. David’s international experience also includes research and project coordination in sub-Saharan African and India.
